Hello, I'm Rosie.
I'm never quite sure how to describe myself.
A friend once called me a hippie in heels, and I think that's probably the closest I've come to finding the right words.
I've always been fascinated by paradoxes. I love simplicity and using clear, uncomplicated words, yet I'm endlessly curious about the complexity of being human. I feel just as at home walking barefoot through a forest as I do putting on a beautiful dress for an evening out. Although my work explores sexuality, I'm naturally quite private.
Perhaps that's why the yin and yang symbol has always spoken to me. To me, it represents much more than balance, it's a reminder that softness and strength, playfulness and seriousness, sexuality and spirituality, the feminine and the masculine don't have to compete with one another- they can exist side by side, each giving meaning to the other.
If you asked me where I feel most at home, it wouldn't be in a busy city. It would be in a little house surrounded by trees, with a rose garden, a few chickens wandering about, butterflies visiting the flowers and enough quiet to hear the birds in the morning. This image has lived somewhere inside me for as long as I can remember.
A few things I love
Trees • Bare feet on the earth • Animals • Kindness • Roses • The moon • Dancing • Soulful conversations • Curious people • Hearing strangers laugh • Real friendships • The smell of books • Art • Erotic writing • Kissing with my fingers • Self-pleasure • Fresh bed sheets
Not my cup of tea
Gossip • Porn • Spiders • Processed food • When words and actions don't match
A few fun facts
• I don't own a TV, and I don't miss it.
• I may look elegant, but I'm a little clumsy.
• I almost always carry spare change with me in case I meet someone who needs it.
Perhaps these little things tell you as much about me as any description ever could.
How it all began
Years ago, while I was at university, I found a book about tantric massage in my parents' house.
To this day, I have absolutely no idea how it got there.
Curiosity got the better of me and I sat on my bedroom floor making notes about breath, touch, energy and the sequence of the massage. Not long afterwards, I offered one to my partner and neither of us expected what happened.
We discovered a new way of intimacy that felt incredibly natural. As the massage unfolded, we slowed down, became more present with each other and found a space of connection that neither of us had experienced before.
When it was over, we simply lay there together in silence for a while. Neither of us expected something so simple to leave us feeling so close to each other. We looked at each other with the same surprise, as if we'd accidentally stumbled across something neither of us knew existed.
I remember thinking, Why doesn't anyone talk about intimacy like this?
That question stayed with me and, several years later, while taking a career break and travelling, I found myself thinking about that experience again.
This time, something clicked and I realised I had found the work I wanted to dedicate my life to.
My VISION and VALUES
Through my practice of sensual tantric massage, I would like to
- Create a tranquil and safe space dedicated to connection and pleasure, a place for embodiment, reconnecting with your body and harnessing the beauty and vital essence of your sensuality
- Bring the principles of tantra into the erotic massage to create a deeper and more pleasurable experience
- Contribute to changing the perception about sensuality that is often mistaken by the images from media and porn
- Offer something beautiful and magical to the world, something that breaks through the barriers and reaches the heart.
Through my values, I would like to include the following into my sessions
Respect for my guests, myself and our experience
Orgasmic states of being
Sensuality
Intimacy
Empathy and emotions
MY TRAINING
Over the years, I've been fortunate to learn from many wonderful teachers, workshops and trainings in tantra, embodiment, mindfulness, consent and healing. I'm deeply grateful to every person who has shared their knowledge with me because each one has helped shape the way I work and given me a framework from which to continue exploring.
At the same time, I don't think my greatest learning has come from a training room. It has come from living, from paying attention to my own body and relationships, from making mistakes, and perhaps most of all, from the people who have trusted me with this work.
Every person who comes to see me is different. Every body responds differently to touch, every story is unique, and every session teaches me something new. Even after all these years, I still leave many sessions with a deeper understanding than when I walked into them.
I continue to study because I genuinely love learning. Some of the teachers and organisations that have influenced my journey include the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent, Plum Village mindfulness retreats, embodiment and self-pleasure workshops, along with a variety of trainings in tantra, touch and healing. Alongside these, I continue to learn through books, conversations, my own practice and, most importantly, through the people I have the privilege of working with.
The way I live
I also believe the way I live shapes the way I work.
What happens during a session doesn't begin when someone walks through my door. I think it begins much earlier, in the quiet choices I make every day. Everything has an impact: what I put into my body, what I feed my mind with, how I move, how I rest, the conversations I have, the books I read and the time I spend in nature.
I exercise because I love feeling strong. I write because it helps me understand myself. I try, imperfectly, to become a little kinder each day. None of these things feel separate from my work. Together, they shape the quality of attention and presence I bring into the room.
I am also continuously developing my practice by reading books, watching videos and listening to podcasts about tantra and other interesting stuff, please have a look at My blog if curious.
