A place to go deeper

When my book was published, something unexpected happened inside me.

There was a quiet sense of completion, of having brought something to its final form. I had taken pieces of myself and shaped them into something real, something that could be held, read and passed between hands. That feeling of creating something out of nothing is one I love deeply. To take what lives inside and bring it outward into the world, and to hope, with all the vulnerability that hope carries, that it might reach someone’s heart. That it might land somewhere tender and leave a little goodness behind.

That feeling of completion stayed with me for a little while, and then something else slowly appeared in its place. A kind of hollowness, a quiet sense that something was missing. When I sat with it, the answer became clear. What I had loved most was not the finished book itself, but the process of creating it. The opening to ideas, the following of a thread of inspiration without knowing where it might lead, the honesty of looking at what was alive inside me and finding words for it. I loved the excitement of that process, and the simple joy of sharing something with another person without knowing how it would be received.

That realisation carried a simple message for me, it told me to keep writing.

Some of what I write will continue to live here on this blog. These pages will remain a place for gentle reflections, thoughts on the body, on tantra, on touch, on wellbeing, and on the small things that make life feel more alive.

At the same time, I felt the desire for a space where I could write more freely and explore ideas in a deeper and more personal way. For that reason, I have created a page on a platform called Substack. It allows a little more room to wander, to ask questions that do not always have easy answers, and to explore subjects such as sexuality, healing, the inner life, and what it means to live as a human being in this complex world.

I will also share reflections on how I perceive the world around me and how it touches me, affects me and sometimes inspires me. Alongside my own writing, I may share articles, videos and ideas that I genuinely find meaningful or useful.

It is simply a quiet space for people who enjoy thinking a little more deeply about life.

The page is completely free. It is just a place to explore ideas together.

If that feels interesting or nourishing to you, I would be very happy to see you there.
